Coming to you today with a super simple slow-cooker recipe.
We have been implementing our slow-cooker much more this year than usual, due to tight family & work schedules.
But I don't want to wait your time with this long write up while you're really just wanting to see the recipe, so without further ado...
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 pounds of chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup broth (I used beef because I already had a carton opened)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can northern beans
- 2 cans rotel
- 1 can fiesta style corn
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Put everything in the slow cooker, cook on low for 6+ hours.
