This Week at Penance (3/27-4/1)

It's a busy time of year for most families, but that does not seem to be affecting people's thoughts and efforts when it comes to their health.

From higher class attendance and our new nutrition coaching service, to more people from our community reaching out & looking for guidance from Penance coaches for their own health journey - Penance is moving forward, full steam ahead.

Do not be surprised if you see a "waiting-list" announcement in the future - we have to do this from time to time to ensure the quality of the service that we are providing the people that entrust us with their health.

Without any further delay, let's look at the 30,000 foot view of this week's training structure...
